I started the Foundations of Effective Living course. So far I am a believer in the power of this processes.
While contemplating the principle of responsibility I had a wonderful experience. It suddenly occurred to me that everything that happens to me in life is in my control. I am the one who directs all that occurs in my life which means I am in charge of my own success.
As I was writing my thoughts down, after my 2 minutes of contemplating, it just popped into my head. It wasn’t one of the things I thought to myself. It was just there all of a sudden.
This was a unique feeling for me. I just knew, in that moment, I am responsible. This made me feel more open, bigger, like I occupy more space. A bit clearer in my mind.
