Hello Brendan, I have a question about having a mentor or coach to help you reach your goals in a specific field if you are shooting for mastery (for me specifically is playing the guitar). I’m for the most part self taught in my field mostly because internet is a thing and you can find all the information you need but sometimes it comes with the paralysis by analysis drawback. What are the benefits and the downsides of having someone help you and what are the qualities one should look when choosing a mentor?
