Hi Brendan, I just had this thought provoking concept of luck and am curious as to what your take would be? Would you say that our existence is mandatory or by mere chance? Some arguments defending the mandatory side of the spectrum would say that energy cannot be created nor destroyed and that non-existence is an impossibility. The opposing side would argue that we are “lucky” considering the stupendous number of other possible humans that could exist,but never will. For those who believe in nonduality, they would say that life or reality is infinite imagination or that there’s just one consciousness experienceing itself through various different forms. Which side of the spectrum are you in and are we “lucky”? Thank you.
