How do I stop feeling incomplete?

Brendan and members of the forum,

I’ve noticed that everyone seems incomplete and dissatisfied on a deep level. I’ve never met a “complete”, whole person with no unresolved stuff. No matter how many things we accomplish, acquire, become, believe, or know, even if we thought they would make us happy, in the end emptiness remains. Are we bound to be perpetually lacking in some way?

What’s going on in this dynamic? How is this process to be ended?

Thank you for taking the time to answer the question. Take care.

    Hi Diego
I'll try to help you based on my readings and experience:
Basically the feeling of incompleteness and insatisfaction comes from what Peter and Brendan call Self-assumptions. In this case the assumption of being incomplete and insuficiency. Since that's what people assume they are, the feeling will tell them what to do ( feel complete or satisfied ) and their mind will always try to find something( as if there is any ). But, the problem here is that the assumption is false, so basically you will run in circles. Looking at the core assumnption and seeing that as false would ''solve'' this problem, that's when comtemplation comes in to place.
To end this process you need to see the process as it is happening. Be incomplete and ask ''is this true about me'' and be honest.
Hope it can help in your investigation. Bye Diego.

I’ve begun contemplating “Who am I?” throughout the day.
      Thanks, Matheus.
