Hi Brendan, I am currently traveling and want to up my daily consciousness practice. I am currently doing either “do nothing” meditation or contemplation for 30 minute blocks 1-3 times per day. Do you have any suggestions on how to structure my practice/other practices to try? Would you recommend doing one long session over 3 shorter ones?

I’m looking for something to help me supercharge my consciousness work.

Also, when contemplating, I am focusing on “what am i?” Should I keep with this one or vary what I contemplate? (I have not yet directly grasped what I am)

Thank you!

Correct, don't investigate what or why something comes up. Instead, if something or anything comes up then immediately ask, "Who is experiencing that?" This will drive your attention right back to grasping who you are, "directly." This is different from you "observed" or "perceived."

    Make sense?
