Mental Barriers & Effortless Power

Hey, so of late I’ve been pretty heavily focused on effortless power. I want any action I do to come from a place of effortlessness and try to implement it wherever I am in whatever I do.

So for me I practice relaxing as deeply and continuously as possible, even if I’m in a high stress, high demand area. The good news is I have hit on a real honest sense of things like marrow draining, centering, grounding and being whole and total, but the bad news is that my mind reacts quite strongly to the sense of letting go that much, especially in demanding settings.

In my intellectual thinking brain I know to keep on and push past this barrier, but my as if “lizard brain” freaks out and says if I do that, nothing gets done. Like I must continually force everything I do, and so use effort, otherwise I will fail. From there it seems there’s a constant sense of “holding” it this way, and tension.

All that seems to be contained in a very simple wordless thought. So there’s a sort of mental barrier that is interfering with my goal of effortless power.

Is there any advice for pushing past this barrier or anything else I should be aware of in regards to effortless power? Thanks
