Hi Brendan,
I just saw your most recent video on youtube about the 10x rule by Grant Cardone, where you spoke about him using principle thinking. I am not sure if you remember our last conversation, but I told you how in operatic singing I felt I never grasped the basics of anything. I understand now that what I actually meant was that I never feel like I have aligned as effectively as possible with the principles at work in my singing.
So my question this time is how can I align better with the fundamental principles in my chosen domain? And what are the principles?
So in opera we are singing acoustically usually inside an opera house with no microphone , for an audience, so there are acoustic principles and communication. Spatial awareness on the stage, with other singers/actors, body awareness, mind state and so on. How can I find the principles in all this and align with them?

Bror,
I have created a video regarding your questions and it will come out on my YouTube channel within the next few weeks.
I don't know much about opera but I can suggest an approach to discovering and creating the principles that you can align with for your opera. Some questions to consider include:
What is the essence of opera?
What are the principles behind what you are already doing in opera that are successful?
What is the essence of what the current masters of opera are doing?
What principles might they be operating from? (Either consciously or unconsciously?)
What is opera?
What must be the case in order for opera to exist in the first place? (Coming from nothing.)
What are the principles and dynamics that create effortlessly effective opera?
What is mastering opera?
How can you do that?
I hope this is of some use.
Brendan
