How to use this forum:
- Ask a question, voice an investigation, share an insight you have had, or respond to others in the community.
- Use this forum to further your own work in consciousness and skill.
- It can help you by giving you a perspective that isn’t your own.
- You can also see if somebody else has asked a question that you have.
- When you respond to others in the community please maintain and act on the intent that you both benefit from a process of open and honest inquiry.
Ground Rules:

- Get to the point
- Don’t tell stories or make excuses
- Work toward a genuine experience and avoid pontification, dogma, and belief
- No gossip
